26.05.2018 - Due to a technical defect in the fjord rafting area, a fire broke out and spread to the Piraten in Batavia attraction, destroying it completely. The park was evacuated. Only seven firefighters were slightly injured. The park opened as planned the next day. The attraction was largely rebuilt true to the original.
